1. What is the standard lead time for bulk orders?

For standard products like our DXN8D series live indicators or indoor electromagnetic locks, we can typically dispatch within 3 to 7 working days. For large volume orders or customized APG resin insulators, the lead time is generally 15 to 25 days depending on the production schedule and quantity.

2. Do you support OEM/ODM customization services?

Yes, absolutely. With over 20 years of manufacturing experience and a dedicated R&D team, we provide comprehensive OEM and ODM services. We can customize technical parameters, dimensions, and product branding (logos) to perfectly match your specific project requirements.

3. What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?

For standard products, our MOQ is usually quite low, starting from 10 to 50 pieces to support your trial needs. For custom-designed APG resin parts or OEM products, the MOQ will be determined based on the mold and production requirements. Please contact our sales team for specific item MOQs.

4. How do you guarantee product quality?

Quality is our core foundation. We are ISO9001-2000 certified. Every batch of products undergoes rigorous testing in our military-grade laboratory, including power-frequency voltage tests, partial discharge tests (using JF-8601 detectors), and mechanical life tests to ensure a 100% qualification rate before shipment.

5. Do your products comply with international standards like IEC?

Yes, our products are designed and manufactured in strict accordance with relevant Chinese National Standards (GB), which are highly harmonized with IEC (International Electrotechnical Commission) standards. We can provide detailed test reports and technical specifications upon request.

6. How do you package the high-voltage components for international shipping?

We use export-standard packaging to ensure safety during long-distance transit. Products are typically packed in shock-absorbing EPE foam, followed by heavy-duty corrugated cartons or fumigation-free wooden crates, depending on the weight and fragility of the items.

7. Can I request a sample before placing a large order?

Yes, we encourage clients to test our quality. We can provide standard samples for your evaluation. While sample fees and shipping costs apply initially, the sample cost will be fully deducted from your subsequent bulk official order.

8. Do you provide technical support or installation guides?

Absolutely. We provide comprehensive technical data sheets, wiring diagrams, and installation manuals for all our products. Our engineering team is also available online to assist you with any technical queries during your project implementation.

9. What are your accepted payment terms for international trade?

Our standard payment term is T/T (Telegraphic Transfer): a 30% deposit upon order confirmation, and the 70% balance before shipment. For large-scale projects or long-term partners, we also accept 100% L/C at sight (Letter of Credit).

10. What is the warranty policy for your electrical components?

We provide a standard 12 to 18-month warranty starting from the date of shipment. During this period, we offer free replacements for any products proven to have manufacturing defects under normal operating conditions.

11. Can we visit your factory before placing an order?

We warmly welcome global partners to visit our facilities. Our factory is located in Jiangshan, Zhejiang Province, China. Please contact your account manager in advance to schedule a guided tour of our APG workshops, SMT lines, and testing laboratories.
